What you can ask for

Remove

Take a clip down

Send the link (or just your name and roughly when) and we'll take it down. You don't need a reason.

Opt out

Stop featuring me

We stop recording your stream, so your footage doesn't appear in anything new. Ask us to take down what's already up as well, if you want that too.

Correct

Fix a credit

Wrong character, wrong streamer, a title that gets the scene wrong: tell us and we'll fix the words on the video.

Permission

Give your blessing

Happy to be clipped? Tell us. It helps us know whose streams we can feature with confidence.

How we credit you

Every video names you, the character you play, and links your channel.
Every description links the exact moment in your stream (while the VOD is up), so viewers can go and watch the rest.
Every description and our channel page carry the same promise: email us and it comes down.
Opting out is permanent until you tell us otherwise. Your stream won't be recorded or clipped for new videos.

Questions

How fast does a clip come down?

As soon as we see your request. Removals come first, ahead of anything else we're working on.

Do I have to give a reason?

No. It's your stream.

Can I see every video I'm in?

Yes. Choose "Something else", ask for the list, and we'll send it.

I opted out. Can I opt back in?

Any time. Send a request with "Give permission" and we'll start featuring you again.
